Offered in 30-min to 1 hour sessions. Benefits of hiring a personal training: learn more about health and fitness, increase accountability, motivation, challenging and variety of exercises, goal setting, nutritional advice, and more!

50-60 minutes: 1, 4, 8, 12, 16, & 20 sessions

Online Coaching

Get the benefits of having a Personal Trainer, but all ONLINE! You will receive monthly workout plans, with check-ins with your trainer up to 5 days per week. Client must be willing to commit to step challenges, food logging, and at least 30-minute workouts up to 5 days per week!

Cheer Private Lessons

Work on standing tumbling, jump technique, motion technique, or flexibility, or tryout preparation. Pam cheered for 14 years (competitive, middle/high school, and in college) and has been doing private lessons since opening up the gym in 2014.
