— FULL BODY WORKOUT —
Trainer: Pam Calorie-scorching workout designed to increase your cardiovascular endurance, strength, and lean muscle mass. Each workout is designed to challenge you while also allowing you to work at your own pace. Plyometric exercises will boost the efficiency of your workout by increasing your heart rate while working several muscles at once. You will be challenged to lift weights but you’ll be rewarded with rest periods between sets. (Equipment used: cardio machines, boxes, cable machines, dumbbells, kettlebells, ropes, medicine balls, stability balls, barbells, plates, and more!)
— Split training —
Trainer: Sam Split Strength Training is a resistance training format in which specific muscle groups are trained on specific days of the week. The main lifts focused on are the Bench Press, Power Clean, Deadlift, and Barbell Squat, along with functional, sculpting exercises and plyometrics to compliment and improve overall body strength and composition.
